Almost everyone in business is in it to Create Wealth, though some are in it short of any aim other than doing just something, though that is hardly reason for having a business. Businesses are born unto the world so as to generate Profit and Create Wealth, and the majority of people in business have a Wealth System as I feel sure do you. The things people usually forget as they continue working on their business are the reasons they created the business in the first place, the goals they wished to fulfil through having the freedom to work in the way they viewed as most promising for success. So what brought you to your current position? What motivations and reasons did you have for setting out along the business avenue you decided on? What Wealth System did you decide upon and how effectively is that Wealth System performing?
As you keep working on creating an established business recall that the real joy of owning your own business comes largely from the achievements you get from it and also the things you do whilst you work upon your business. By ‘working on’ the focus goes to development and leading your business in the direction you desire it to go, if you ‘work in’ the business then most likely you are using too much of your time on admin and various tasks others could be doing thus freeing your time to work on the things you should be doing. So while you think through whether you have been ‘working in’ or ‘working on’ your business, as well as the level of success your Wealth System has been getting plus your motivations for initially setting up the business, evaluate to what level your potential has been getting fulfilled. What points and areas can you bring to mind that you could hone and alter so that you can achieve better performance with greater results? Once the list of things you could improve has been formulated you have the ability to start doing something about them, your first action should be to find; appropriate books for the information you need, resources online, workshops, courses, and a good Business Coach. Once you have a list of options available then evaluate each one in terms of the effect or impact it can have on you and your business, how quickly it can yield that effect, how much time you need to assign to the option and how enjoyable you would find it. The last bit of that may seem odd though from all of my experience within Sydney Business Coaching and the UK too, as well as the various roles I have worked in, time and time again I have noticed people get their top results during times that they are enjoying themselves. Because of this I recommend for people to do what they can where they can to enjoy their work, plus it is the reason for ensuring as best as possible that as a Business Coach the sessions my clients have are enjoyable wherever possible, yes things do become serious at certain times, although the great growth and movement is achievable when you enjoy yourself. So taking care evaluate your options and deduce what could work best for you, certainly a recommendation is to give Business Coaching deep thought, the opportunity you have to gain benefit with a good Business Coach can massively speed up your progress on your pathway to success.
