What inspirations and reasoning do you have for owning your business? What intentions were present in you when you first ventured out with your business? What made you choose the particular Wealth System you adopted, did you continue using it or have you switched and changed once or many times? Are the motivations you work with now in your business the same ones you had when you first began? Plenty can happen in a fractional period of time as all over us have seen, and a lot can happen to shift the way in which we work in life. In a lot of ways I am sure that various factors have affected you and as such you have adapted accordingly, though few then take time to realign themselves in light of those changes.

Taking time to realign yourself when you make alterations in your life and your business is important, it gives opportunity to redefine the things which are core to your inspiration. From that point what and how easily you do the things you do. When you secure time to go in depth into your values you can then gain better understanding as to how effectively your values align to your goals and the things you do to achieve them. To work with an NLP viewpoint which I do whilst Business Coaching, the values you have sit at the core of who you are. They bring with them the upfront motivation for doing the things we decide to do, what we decide to do and the results that are attained whilst we are doing those things. These would usually be described by a single word, defining a non-physical thing for example love, freedom, travel or communication. Money can be used as a value as well because it is purely conceptual, we hold physical representation of it such as coins and notes though much as these seem tangible they are just representations and not the actual thing itself, money can never be physically held. In order to elicit your values in the various areas of your life ask yourself what it is in that area which is important to you that makes it work well for you, then list all the words that spring to your mind. You may run out of words after the first few, keep going through the lull though and another set will come to you. Ideally you should then place them in order, to do this work through in terms of which ones you would be unable to make the area work without. Upon completing the list read it through and it should cause you to smile when it’s right, also you should tap into your feelings and check how deeply it resonates with how things are running in that area. So then you can align yourself to greater effect with what you do your values being able to work more effectively leading to better results. There are a few levels beyond this, although you would require either NLP training or an NLP trained Business Coach in order to work through them. Deciding to work upon the higher levels of depth allows you to clean up the motivational factors and create better efficiency, while at the same time removing the blocks preventing you from accessing the full potential you have with each value. So as you can see there is strong value from working with an NLP trained Business Coach in order to help you align your values and clear a faster pathway to your success. Having found your core values in the certain areas you are interested in you can then adapt your style of working which can then in turn improve your ability to attain the success you desire.
