Is it totally absurd to let your team members- people who do not lead a team- take part in a leadership training?
Here’s the thing: each and every company would benefit from having employees who’ve great interpersonal and intrapersonal talents. And a leadership training course or seminar is focused on cultivating those talents.
Ergo, your whole company would benefit from leadership training.
Some people would think that having the non-leaders of a company enter into a leadership training seminar would be a big waste of money. They are not leading anyone! That defeats the very definition of the term “leadership training,” right?

Now, imagine that each and every person in your team possesses all of these abilities. Will not that make for an ideal company?
The Non-Leaders
You see, the role of a leader is to form more leaders. It’s not to create followers- it’s to form new leaders and chiefs.
In every business, leadership training seminars can actually show your team how to perform their roles better. They have to learn constantly to avoid making any mistakes that may cost the company’s success or failure.
It is comprehensible that nearly everybody would doubt the validity and efficacy of a leadership training for the simple workers. But if you consider it good enough, you’d realize that leadership training seminars can teach your team the mandatory talents for success.

Now, though it is important to find and participate in leadership training seminars for the leaders and non-leaders of a firm that this is not enough.
You need to make certain that the theories that you all learn in leadership training would be put into practical use. As Henry Mintzberg, a famous business management author once wrote: “Leadership, like swimming, cannot be learnt by reading about it.”
