Love is an extremely powerful vibration. Appreciative energy is also a super high vibration. Are you in the mindset of appreciation, love and high vibrations regularly? Great.

Even if you find your mood going down the emotion scale, in just a matter of minutes you can easily restore it to the level you desire.

Use memories that cause you to feel happy. Think of your little niece, or when your pet was a baby. Imagine things that allow yourself to feel good. Do something that makes you feel good. You really can use the Law of Attraction with great success, and it’s fun too!

Search for something to appreciate. It does not matter if it is past or present. For example, appreciate the day your daughter was born. Give some love to your pet. Toss a ball to your dog. Buy a bubble-blowing kit. Get some exercise. Go for a walk. Watch the squirrels in your yard and their infinite energy. Listen to music that you love. Take a deep breath. Can you find thanks for the simple fact that you have ten working fingers? How about ten toes? Do you have a roof over your head? Fresh water and an abundance of food? Do you appreciate the electricity and the highways we drive on? How about indoor plumbing? Do you have family and friends that love you? Think of the hundreds of ways you can be grateful and appreciate. We are so very blessed.

There are a huge number of paths you can take to raise your vibration. You can’t do something you love and keep and upset temperament. Try it. Giggle. Try to juggle. Make silly distortions of your face in the mirror. If you feel truly down, I suggest ice cream or cookies. It won’t be an unconscious act if you deliberately will it.

Watch how much better you feel when you deliberately choose something instead of just unconsciously stuffing yourself with sweets.
