Several days ago, I received an email from my clients about their success story in utilizing coaching for their company. In 3 months they have effectively raised their sales volume by 50% and within 6 months their sales volume was improved to 300%. Very interesting, isn’t it?

Actually what things can coaching do to get results that way?

So what can coaching do to encourage individuals to achieve their goal?

Coaching targets on your goal. So, it is going to direct your attention, energy and focus to what you desire to have in your life. Coaching doesn’t make you to focus on your trouble but solution. Concentrate on what you really want to happen in your future. A Professional Coach must facilitate his/her clients to seek out what their goals are.

A goal is not as simple as it sounds. There are various hidden mysteries behind every goal. Like an iceberg, you can’t see the client’s values and beliefs because they’re located underneath the water surface. Professional Coaches must uncover them by challenging the client’s goal and assist them to find values behind their goals and facilitate them to conquer their limiting beliefs.

Values and beliefs are definitely the important secrets to make clients ready to fight for their goal. Why? Because they make clients realize the reasons why they have to get their goal and why they have to take action.

What are values? Values are the origin of energy for your clients to act. Your clients only do things that they feel it is vital for their own reasons. Therefore, as a Professional Coach, it’s very important to help your clients to realize their own values behind a goal. When they realize their own values, they’ll attract to reach that goal.

Once the values are successfully identified, conquering limiting beliefs is definitely the next step. Just like a bed time story, a prince must slay a dragon and after that save a princess, limiting beliefs are the dragon. As a Professional Coach, you need to facilitate your clients to handle “their dragon” and conquer them so your clients can save their princess, that is their goal.

There are three limiting beliefs. They’re helpless, hopeless and worthless.

Helpless is a state in which clients feel inadequate or lack of know-how or skills essential to achieve their goal.

Hopeless is a state in which clients think that their goal is not possible or impossible to achieve.

Worthless is a state in which clients believe that they don’t deserve to receive their goal or they think not worthy to take action.

So, when your clients can find valuable reasons behind their goal, they can conquer their limiting beliefs. They are going to do the best to achieve their goal and they’ll fight for their deams. That’s why my client can successfully raise their product sales by 50% in 3 months and within 6 months their sales volume was increased to 300%, superb!
