It is now just three months until my wedding day - I must say that I am becoming somewhat nervous now! I am not really a person that likes to be the centre of attention and being the groom that is exactly what I will be on this day. My fiancee has been attempting to lose a lot of weight for the big day and has hired the services of a personal trainer to help her in this quest. He is a real nice guy and is excellent at what he does - so much so that he has recently become my personal trainer as well!

I also figured that if I was happy with my own weight that it would help me to create an inner happiness and an increased level of self confidence for the day. When I was a lot younger, in my late teens, I was possibly at my most fittest and this happened to be the time when my overall self-esteem was at its highest. It was like I knew that I was extremely fit and that I knew that I was looking quite good (body wise), and this is turn made me happy and confident, I felt like I could be successful in whatever I turned my hand to. I really want these positive feelings to return which would help my nerves to hopefully disappear on the wedding day.

The personal trainer really inspires me to do that extra lap around the park (jogging) and to do those extra few sit ups.

I have only been working with the personal trainer for a couple of months but I can already notice the difference - in a positive way of course. Any my fiancee is looking well hot - I truly am a lucky man! The personal trainer has done wonders with both of us.

My overall confidence has increased in a big way - this has helped me in my business life where I offer a DVD authoring service - and in my social life.
